What to include in your message
- The app version and the diagnostics: Settings, Help, Copy diagnostics on the phone; Diagnostics menu on the Mac. Diagnostics contain no messages, photos or files.
- The phone model and the Android and macOS versions.
- What you expected and what happened.

The Mac app also has a built-in usage guide (menu bar, Usage guide).
The Mac can't find my phone. Now what?
Put both on the same Wi-Fi network and open Bridge Loop on both. Without Wi-Fi, turn on Bluetooth or use the USB cable.
Do I need internet or an account?
No. Everything happens directly between the phone and the Mac.
Why does the app ask for Accessibility?
It is what lets the Mac's mouse and keyboard control the phone. It only works while you are connected to your paired Mac.
How do I ask for a refund?
You have 15 days after purchase, no questions asked. Google Play purchases: ask through Play or by e-mail. The app has an Ask for a refund button.
